Saturday 23 August Following the magic of our first Winter events, we're back for one more — as we soak up the final stretch of winter and welcome the early stirrings of spring.
These mornings are a chance to pause, connect, and celebrate the season in a truly memorable way.
We’ll begin with a warming beach walk, followed by Sunrise Yoga with me (7.30–8.30 am). Option afterwards — reset in the deep heat of the Oranga Sauna — and, if you're feeling brave, take a refreshing ocean dip!
It’s a rejuvenating mix of movement, mindfulness, fun, and winter wellness — all set against the rising sun and the sound of the waves.
